Step into the historic walls of The Sun Inn in Bethlehem and you will immediately discover an atmosphere where exceptional hospitality transcends standard service, making every patron feel less like a customer and more like cherished family. Behind the bar, the mixology team is crafting liquid art that demands a spot on your culinary radar, starting with Scottie’s signature pickletiniβ€”a brilliantly crisp, briny masterpiece that is truly in a league of its own, expertly balancing a punchy dill profile with an unexpected, sophisticated hint of sweetness for a dangerously refreshing sip. Pair that with his velvety, impeccably balanced espresso martini crowned with an artistic chocolate heart, or indulge your playful side with Gina’s vibrant green Scooby Doo shot, a whimsical creation finished with whipped cream, a maraschino cherry, and a signature cinnamon graham cracker scooby snack garnish. Offering an unmatched fusion of historic charm, warm-hearted camaraderie, and meticulously crafted cocktails, The Sun Inn is a must-visit destination that redefines the modern local bar experience.

Beautiful area and bar. I had the pork shank and a gin mixed drink. After struggling with appetite all week because nothing tastes good enough to be worth the calories the pork shank was divine and a cure for my needs. Fell off the bone and was a warm hearty meal. Unfortunately I went during off hours so not a lot was going on. Cool historical building with good food and fun drinks what's not to love.

First time eating here. It was a great meal. Our server Scotty/Scottie was fantastic. Every app he recommended was on point. I got the burger; it had great flavor and not too greasy. The drinks were pretty strong so do with that as you please haha. It was in a cool old building with a lot of history. Overall will definitely be back.

This historic site is rich in American heritage and culture. The building is very well preserved and you are able to walk around and look at their different exhibits before or after you eat. The food was very comforting and delicious! We split a chicken pot pie with the puff pastry crust, and the beef puff appetizers. All the food was incredible, and our server was great. She was very attentive, kind, and fulfilled all of our needs as guests. I would highly recommend this historic site for a good meal along with some good American history.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. Food was good. The drink ( sour monkey) was good. We ordered the burger with medium rare beef but It came out well done beef, they changed for us. It turned out delicious. Recommend chicken downtown sandwich They have a historic home downstairs that you can take a little tour. Very lovely
